Insurance companies use strong pressure tactics to get you into one of their “select shops” so that they can control the repair process and the cost of repair. It makes you wonder who the repair facility is working for, you or the insurance companies. Always remember, as the owner of the vehicle YOU have the RIGHT to choose the collision repair facility.
