"Like a visit to the dentist, it is never the happiest occasion when having to take your vehicle to a body shop to get repairs done on it! As their clever slogan has it, "we met by accident"! However, it was indeed a happy meeting! I could not speak highly enough of the staff there... everyone of them was extremely courteous, friendly, concerned, helpful... and professional. I especially enjoyed conversing with Mario, the great manager, and Miguel, the shop's owner. It definitely has a family feel at this establishment, though they were not related. Then, of course equally importantly, the job they did they did on my vehicle was stellar. Even though the car is a 2015--10 years old--the paint job matched perfectly. It would be impossible to know there had once been a nasty scrape and dent on my front bumper. They did this repair expediently, and the communication about it was excellent. "We got a rear ended at a traffic stop from the oncoming train. We got referred to come here and the service we received was awesome. Despite me having to bring my autistic toddler with me, they were able to help me without being annoyed of my son, who was simply just being him. They even have a small play area for child to sit and play which was such a huge plus for my son. Anyways, my car got fixed quicker than I anticipated vs the other places I've been to in the past and my car looks brand new again. During the time my car was getting fixed, the receptionist at the desk calls me every chance she gets with an update on my car, which I appreciate and love so much about it.
